The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two, following the enacting clause, by striking out the remainder of the bill and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"That the items of the total appropriation from the State Road Fund, fund 9017, fiscal year 2007, organization 0803, be amended and reduced in the line items as follows:
